Stephen A. Smith is looking good these days after taking his personal Health seriously.
According to Smith, he nearly became a full-blown diabetic in 2020 due to his unhealthy lifestyle.
“I can’t even tell you how bad I was. Nearly 30 percent body fat. A cholesterol level over 300, and .1 point away from being a full-blown diabetic, and that was after I had Covid, which damn near killed”
Smith says that he began seeing a nutritionist and a trainer to get his weight under control.
“I had people come up to me, you know that Ozempic must good, I didn’t take that, I’m doing cardio six days a week, weightlifting five days a week, I take my supplements and vtamins but I’m not doing that”
During a recent segment on ESPN’s First Take, Smith revealed that he had gotten down to 9 percent body fat and showed off a recent shirtless pic of himself.
“There’s so many people I have to thank,” Smith said. “My friend JJ Smith with nutrition and green smoothie drinks. To Gary Brecka, for 10x Health and now the ultimate human… he saved my life. To my trainer, Obi Obadike, I train like five or six days a week…:
