Taylor Rapp Exercises For Over 18 Hours, Burns Over 10,000 Calories In One Day During Workout Challenge

With the majority of gyms around the country still closed, plenty of people have gotten creative with their workouts. Or, maybe you’re like me and haven’t quite gotten off the couch as much as you’d like during these crazy times, but regardless of where you fall on that spectrum I can guarantee you haven’t worked out like Rams safety Taylor Rapp.

Rapp shared a couple of tweets about his insane workout on Sunday night that included a 125 mile bike ride – 103 miles accumulated in just one ride – 1.25 miles of swimming, a four-mile hike, and three more miles of running. He did all of this in just one day and the workouts took him a total of 18 hours and 21 minutes in which he burned 10,521 calories.

Rapp worked out for 18 hours straight while plenty of people out there don’t exercise for 18 hours in an entire month. Meanwhile, I’m over here patting myself on the back for standing whenever my Apple Watch tells me to.

The 22-year-old out of Washington is clearly staying in tip-top shape this offseason despite the fact that a number of NFL facilities remain closed. He’s gearing up for a big second season in the league after wracking up a total of 100 total tackles during his rookie campaign.
