Are you an NFL fan who is sick of hearing about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce?

Well, boy have I got news for you!

Now when your friends/wife/daughter ask you just why you’re sick of hearing about the love birds, you can tell them that you’re just concerned about the future of our planet.

That’s because Swift’s relationship with the superstar tight end has been nothing short of an environmental disaster according to The Daily Mail.

“Based on statistics tracked by Taylor Swift’s Jets on Instagram, the hitmaker’s trips have produced 138 tons of CO2 emission to date,” the report states. “The singer would need to plant 2,282 trees and allow these to grow for 10 years in order to offset the environmental damage caused by her flights.”

The Instagram page, which is dedicated to tracking Swift’s planes and not the New York football team, seemingly follows Dassault Falcon 7x and a Dassault Falcon 900 across the planet via flight tracking software.

But that’s not all.

The report also states that Swift has used an amount of energy energy equivalent to 17 houses in a year, or the amount of electricity used by 26.9 homes.

Seems bad!

This comes after Swift was named the No. 1 celebrity producer of carbon emissions in 2022. Something tells us she’ll be back atop that list in 2023.

Swift reportedly used up 12,622 gallons of jet fuel. That comes out to $70,779 worth.

Representatives stated that the initially report was misleading. They claimed that Swift often loans out her private planes and that she’s not always on the trips.

But that doesn’t seem to make things much better.

So, yes, all the talk about Swift and Kelce may get annoying. And nobody really wants to see her reaction to every single play.

However, compared to the actual damage it seems to be doing, that’s the least of our problems.
