Earlier this week, the Columbus prosecutor’s office announced that it would not be charging Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott of committing domestic violence against his girlfriend Tiffany Thompson who accused him of beating her outside of an Ohio nightclub in July.
A few days ago, the DA’s office released documents pertaining to the case that include text messages between Thompson and her friend Ayrin Mason in which Thompson explicitly asks Mason to lie to police about what transpired that evening.
Mason also went on to sign an affidavit confirming that Thompson asked her to lie to the police and that she did not witness Elliott committing domestic violence.
This is some pretty messed up stuff and Thompson should probably go to jail for making false claims.
