Tiger Woods has been up to something in the Ozark Mountains building a very unique golf course called Payne’s Valley. Not only is it unique in the fact that it is the very first public course TGR Design has done, it’s also only 13 holes.

Building courses that aren’t either 9 or 18 holes is sort of a new-age thing, which makes sense given limited space in certain areas, but that certainly won’t keep people away from visiting a Woods designed track like Payne’s Valley. The course is part of a network of five other courses under the title ‘Big Cedar Lodge.’

Right now the course is open for preview play and will run you $195 to play the 13 holes, but for most of us that likely won’t make it out to the course, we may get a preview of things thanks to a rumored televised match that is in the works.

According to Golf Unfiltered, Tiger and Justin Thomas are putting together a 3v3 match that will involve other big-name celebrities.

Woods has now been a part of two different charity matches and after the success of The Match II with Phil Mickelson, Tom Brady, and Peyton Manning one would imagine people would be very interested in a 3v3 match featuring one of the game’s top players in JT.

We’ll surely be keeping an eye on this rumor and any details to come about a match at Payne’s Valley.
