To many sports fans, Tom Brady and LeBron James are the GOATS of their respective sports, football and basketball, and that’s fine. But which one of them would be the better athlete in, say, the sport of hockey?
The reason for that question is because on Monday Lebron James randomly decided to hold a little Q&A session on Twitter with some of his fans and Tom Brady randomly decided to join in on the fun with a very unusual sports challenge to the King.
Who would win a five round hockey shootout, LeBron or Brady?
You and me, 5 rounds, ice hockey shootout, who wins? https://t.co/Xe0h0ZKngS

Naturally, being the alpha male that he is, LeBron said he would win, but barely.
me but barely. May be swinging from my knees though. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Now, thanks to Tom Brady putting the mere idea of him and LeBron particpating in a hockey shootout into people’s heads, many out there want to make it become a reality, including several NHL teams. Call it The Match on Ice.

LeBron, of course, also answered several other questions like who he would choose as a teammate in a 2v2 game against Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen (Kobe, KD or Kyrie), his favorite movies (Gladiator and The Godfather), his favorite book (The Alchemist), his favorite vacation spot (Capri, Italy), and the toughest moment of his career and how he got through it?
“Losing in the finals to Dallas after playing like [poop emoji]!! I hit the reset button, went back to the basics, worked on things in my game I needed to get better at so the defense couldn’t just sit on 1 thing. Hours & hours & hours everyday in the off season on it. Came back [locked emoji] in!”
James also addressed how much longer he thinks he will play in the NBA.
“The way I feel, I can go on for a min to be honest. It’s really up to me and my mental staying fresh/sharp! I’m still psycho driven!”
