Tom Brady Threatens Jeffrey Ross Over Raunchy Robert Kraft Joke At The Roast Of Tom Brady

 

 

Sunday night was the live premiere of The Roast of Tom Brady on Netflix. I think all of us expected there to be some pretty raunchy jokes told, but maybe not one that Tom Brady hated as much as one of comedian and notorious roaster Jeffrey Ross’s joke. 

Jeff Ross seems to be a mainstay at these roasts, and it makes sense. He’s really good at it. But, it seems a joke he made about the massage parlor scandal involving New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Ross was talking about how Tom Brady told Robert Kraft after the team drafted Brady in the 6th round that drafting him was the best decision they ever made. Then he said, “wouldn’t you like a massage?”

The seven-time Super Bowl champion was not happy at all. He got out of his chair, confronted Ross, and told him “don’t say that s— again.’

On one hand, I understand where Tom Brady is coming from. Robert Kraft is, for obvious reasons, someone very important to Tom Brady. Plus, he’s 82 years old, and maybe we shouldn’t be going after 82-year-olds?

On the other hand, it’s a roast! Raunchy, tasteless jokes are kind of the reason when everyone is attending and we’re all watching at home. And, the fact of the matter is, the scandal happened. Even if Jeff Ross never joked about it on Sunday, it still happened and pretty much every football fan still knows about it.

But, Tom Brady certainly made his opinion clear on it. And, he never wants to hear anyone tell a similar joke about Robert Kraft again.
