Every time names get tossed around about potential new LIV Golf signings it seems like Tony Finau‘s name is in the mix. That of course is a testament to his success on the PGA Tour where he already ranks 23rd all time on the money list after just 6 career wins.
The Salt Lake City-raised golfer was a welcome fixture on Netflix’s Full Swing where golfing fans like myself were treated to his backstory and learned more about the team of support staff around him at all times. At the helm of that support staff team is Tony Finau‘s wife Alayna who appears to have shut down LIV Golf speculation in her latest TikTok video, depending on how you interpret the clip.
Alayna Finau is one of the more active and popular PGA Tour ‘WAGs’ with her behind-the-scenes videos regularly going viral within golf circles. And this one has people talking for sure. Here is the clip. Watch it for yourself and I’ll give you my two cents on it below:

That sound is from a classic Hannah Montana scene where Miley Cyrus can be seen saying “my life is complicated enough. The last thing I need is more drama” before a blonde-haired boy steps up and says ‘hey, Miley’ to get her attention.
In the context of Tony Finau and LIV Golf, Alayna puts a screenshot of a headline about LIV Golf over a shirtless Tony Finau by the pool. LIV Golf being ‘the drama’ here. It’s that final piece of the audio that can be interpreted in several different ways.
Miley says ‘hellooooooo drama’ and appears to invite the drama. However, everyone in Alayna’s comments and mentions appears to be interpreting this as her shutting down rumors that he’d go to LIV Golf. Personally, I think it could be interpreted either way but if Tony Finau was serious about a LIV Golf offer I cannot imagine the family would make it public through a 10-second TikTok with Miley Cyrus audio.
