We now have Tony Romo’s arrest video.
Last week, Romo was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Milwaukee.
According to police, Romo smelled like alcohol, failed field sobriety tests, and refused to take a breathalyzer.

The search warrant said Romo’s vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, passing other vehicles during heavy rush hour traffic in the Marquette Interchange. “While speaking with Romo, I detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath,” the deputy wrote, according to the search warrant.
The deputy said Romo was taken to the Milwaukee County Jail sallyport where Romo “performed poorly” on a standardized field sobriety test and refused a preliminary breath test. The search warrant said during the sobriety test Romo could not keep his balance, stopped walking, started too soon, missed the heel to toe, and made an improper turn.
On Tuesday, the Milwaukee police department released bodycam footage of Romo’s arrest in which the football broadcaster is seen begging to call his lawyer before being put in the back of a police car.

Later in the footage, the officer returns to Romo’s car and asks him to step out of his Jeep to perform field sobriety tests, but Romo repeatedly asks whether he can call his lawyer before finally exiting the vehicle.

Despite the arrest, it doesn’t seem like CBS is going to fire Romo. According to a report from the Daily Mail, CBS executives believe Romo will step away from the spotlight for a bit, but will not be fired.

One source told the Daily Mail: ‘He might step back a little, short term, but he isn’t going anywhere long term. That wouldn’t make any sense for us at all.’
A CBS executive added: ‘I don’t want to act like it’s not a big deal, because it is. But it’s not going to get him fired.’
