Taylor Swift stunned the music world with a little bit of misdirection during the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, when she announced that she will be releasing ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, on April 19th.

The new album will be her eleventh original full-length album. It’s sure to be met with massive fanfare by the entire music world upon release. But, Taylor’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, has already hard at least part of the album.

Travis Kelce made that clear when asked about the new album during media availability on Monday ahead of Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I have heard some of it. Yes. And it is unbelievable. I can’t wait for our to shake up the world when it finally drops. I can’t give you anything. I leave that up to her.

The album is rumored to at least somewhat be about Swift’s ex-boyfriend, British actor Joe Alwyn. The pair she dated for over half of a decade before splitting up last spring.

Take a look at this track list.

Some of these track titles are almost surely about her ex. So Long, London , My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys and The Smallest Man That Ever Lived sound like song titles that could be the latest in a long line of diss tracks of ex-boyfriends that Taylor Swift has written.

Which means, Travis Kelce has probably heard the diss tracks of the serious boyfriend that came right before him, and Joe Alwyn is nothing like Travis Kelce at all. That’s got to make him feel good.

Will any of these songs be about the Travis-Taylor relationship? It’s possible that she would have songs she conceptualized since their relationship started last summer. But, most expect the focus to be her breakup with Alwyn.

But, what a flex it would be for Travis to have a hit song by the world’s biggest music star written about him in a positive light.

Swift is off to Japan to play four shows before returning to Las Vegas to watch Travis Kelce and the Chiefs play the 49ers for the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday.
