Taylor Swift is going to cross nine different time zones during her 12-hour flight from Tokyo to support Travis Kelce in Las Vegas at Super Bowl LVIII. Upon arrival, she will be greeted by friends and family— both her own, and that of her boyfriend.
The Chiefs tight end hinted that he had purchased a suite at Allegiant Stadium on a special episode of the New Heights podcast earlier this week. Kelce joked that he was “just counting how much money I’m spending on this damn Super Bowl for family and friends to come.”
But it wasn’t a joke!
TMZ has confirmed that Patrick Mahomes’ primary pass-catcher is picking up the bill. Kelce purchased a suite for his entire traveling party, which includes more than just the usual suspects.
Not only will Kylie and Jason Kelce be there alongside Ed and Donna, Swift is bringing her family too! Her mom and dad are going to attend their first Kansas City game since their daughter started dating a player on the team. It just so happens to be the biggest game of the year!
Swift’s brother Austin is also flying out with his girlfriend Sydney. Their entourage will join them as well.
An exact cast of characters is unclear at this time. However, if we are to go off of history, guests could include Miles Teller’s wife Keleigh, Cara Delevingne, Sabrina Carpenter, Alana Haim and/or Melanie Nyema. A much larger group of superstars (Blake Lively, Hugh Jackman, Sophie Turner, etc.) pulled up to the Monday night game in New York, and it is the Super Bowl, so maybe they will make their triumphant return. We know for certain that Travis’ best friend Aric Jones is going to be there too.
Regardless of who shows up, Travis Kelce is making sure to treat them right! He is slated to pay anywhere between $1 and $2.5 million for the luxury box, which also offer all kinds of perks.
They are so expensive that Christian McCaffrey didn’t even allow Olivia Culpo to purchase a suite for her future mother-in-law. Kelce did the same. He didn’t allow Taylor Swift to pick up the tab and bought a box for both families and all of their friends!
