Fox sports announcer Troy Aikman did not seem pleased that he was stuck commentating the Bucs-Eagles game on Sunday.
During halftime of the Bucs-Eagles blowout, Joe Buck briefly mentioned the 49ers and Cowboys game, and Aikman seemed annoyed that he wasn’t able to call that game instead.
Troy Aikman on 49ers-Cowboys: "There's a lot of people who'd like to be calling that game. … I think anybody would like to be calling that." Clearly not too happy FOX got the Bucs-Eagles matchup and CBS got 49ers-Cowboys.

LMAO @ Troy Aikman admitting he wished he was calling the Cowboys game

Unfortunately for Aikman, the reason CBS got the Niners/Cowboys game is because they paid more money for it.
The reason CBS has Cowboys-49ers is because they bought the 4:30 window Wild Card Weekend Sunday slot for around $70M when the NFL added playoff games.
NFL generally goes with best matchup in most highly rated slot of Sunday afternoon.
