So Ryan Lochte has finally come clean and admitted that he didn’t exactly tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth regarding him and his buddies Gunnar Bentz, Jack Conger and Jimmy Feigen being robbed.
Shocker, huh?
In a turn of events that likely will cost Lochte millions and could have had him banned from ever competing for USA Swimming again we now know the truth. Sort of.
Naturally, as is always the case in instances such as this, Twitter had thoughts. Well, actually, Twitter had jokes, lots and lots of jokes. Here are some of the best.

Be honest, you're surprised that Ryan Lochte's apology wasn't generated by the IPhone Notes app. #Rio2016

How’s Lochte gonna talk about how traumatized he was now when his initial story had him telling a robber with a gun to his head “whatever?”
