UCLA QB Josh Rosen Throws Shade At The NCAA After School Signs Record $280 Million Deal With Under Armour

Today, UCLA and Under Armour agreed to a massive shoe and apparel deal that is worth $280 million.

After the deal was reported, UCLA starting QB Josh Rosen took to Instagram rip the NCAA for not allowing student athletes to earn money while schools rake in millions of dollars from endorsements.
