Dana White recently went through a scary incident as someone reportedly tried to break in and enter his home.

The UFC President shared a video of the incident and offered a cash reward to anyone who would help.

According to MMA Junkie, a man by the name of Brady Cooper, “has been identified and charged after White posted a video of the alleged break-in on his social media early Monday and asked the public for help identifying the individual.”

Shortly after the incident, Dana White shared the video from his doorbell camera on his Instagram story. After three attempts of kicking the door down, Cooper fell backward, saw the doorbell camera, and tried to reach for it to yank it off the wall.

Instead, he ended up running away into the dark.

Police at the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office claims that “after processing evidence and information developed, deputies interviewed, Brady Cooper (23) of Glenburn. Cooper has been charged with two criminal offenses and the case was submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for further review,” per MMA Junkie.

Reports indicate that it is currently unknown if Cooper is in custody or not.

Dana White was asked about the attempted break-in. While talking with media members, the UFC President claims he was not present at the home at the time of the incident. However, he did have some family members inside of the home.

With that said, White shared details responding to the incident.

“Do you f****** think you’re going to break into my house and there’s no cameras at my house, you f****** idiots? It’s crazy. I’m assuming the guy was breaking in to try to rob the house. My sister and her husband and some of his friends are up there visiting right now. The guy came up and tried to kick the door in a couple times and then noticed the camera was there, tried to rip it off and rang the doorbell, freaked out and ran away.”

He continued by stating:

“My guy who handles my house up there called me and is calling me at 4:30 in the morning his time. I’m like, ‘Uh oh, something is going on up there.’ So I answer the phone and he said, ‘Somebody just tried to kick your door in and rob your house or do whatever. We got video footage and the police are going to post it in the morning.’ I said, ‘Yeah, f*** that. Send that to me right now.’ That dude woke up and was famous the next morning. The Levant sheriff out up there, they had them in a few hours. We got him.”

With the technology we have these days, I’m not sure why anyone would even attempt a break-in, especially someone like Dana White. Someone who obviously has the money to afford a legitimate security system.
