UFC Flyweight Igor Severino entered Saturday’s UFC Fight Night matchup with fellow Brazillian Andre Lima with a perfect 8-0 record.

By the time the fight ended, that record was no longer.

That’s because Severino was disqualified in the second round after he went full Mike Tyson and decided to take a big bite out of Lima’s arm.

Lima won the first round of the fight on all three judges’ scorecards. But Severino landed more total strikes, significant strikes and had taken Lima’s back when he decided to chomp into his compatriot’s arm.

Of course, the bite immediately made fans think of the “Sound and the Fury” heavyweight title boxing match between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield in 1997.

Holyfield defeated Tyson just seven months prior to win the WBA heavyweight title. And Holyfield appeared to be winning the rematch when Tyson decided to take a bite into his ear.

Remember kids, even in the UFC where seemingly everything goes, you canNOT bite somebody!

Lima, meanwhile, moved to 8-0 in his career in the funniest way imaginable.
