Minnesota Vikings defenders had the celebration of the day on Sunday following a turnover by the Las Vegas Raiders. Players rushed to the endzone to mimic a keg stand, and fans absolutely loved it.

But was there a meaning behind that choreography? It came just days after offensive coordinator Wes Phillips was arrested for DWI, sparking an online conspiracy.

Phillips was booked on Friday night after blowing just at the legal limit.

Phillips blew a .008 upon being pulled over by the Minnesota State Patrol, per NFL Media. He was released from jail several hours later.

The OC quickly filled the staff in on the arrest and was able to make the trip to Sin City with the team on Sunday.

That matchup against the Raiders provided a poor offensive showing as the Vikings scored just three points. Still, a strong defensive effort helped secure a 3-0 win.

It continued a trend of struggles on the offensive side of the ball, with Minnesota failing to score more than 20 points in each of their last three outings. Two have resulted in losses, including a 12-10 defeat at the hands of the Bears.

While the offensive fireworks were missing this past week, the defense showed out.

The Vikings held Las Vegas to just 202 total yards while forcing three Raiders turnovers. A post-play keg stand celebration had some wondering if the unit had grown frustrated with the offense.

Was that keg stand a shot at Wes Phillips and the offensive production? Or were players just enjoying the party in Sin City?

It certainly seemed like an interesting time to pull out the dance given the DWI controversy, but those conspiracy theorists are likely reading a bit too much into the Vikings celebration.
