Vince McMahon is reportedly already working on creating a new entertainment company and it involves multiple former WWE employees.

The 79-year-old McMahon, who is currently under federal investigation for numerous disturbing allegations and is being sued by at least two former WWE employees, is reportedly setting up a “entertainment hub company” that, according to PWI Insider, will “financially back, develop and produce film and television productions.”

McMahon, while no longer associated with WWE or its parent company TKO Holdings, still owns approximately eight million TKO shares, or a little less than 5 percent of the company.

PWI Insider also reports that several former WWE employees are working with Vince McMahon on the new venture. Among them are Brad Blum, former Chief Operating Officer of WWE, and Kristen Prouty, former WWE Senior Vice President, Entertainment Relations.

Blum resigned from his position with WWE in May 2024 after being named as “Corporate Officer No. 2” in the lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant.

Brad Blum, WWE’s former Chief Operating Officer, has long been a McMahon loyalist, and is confirmed to be working on the project. Blum was McMahon’s Chief of Staff when he reigned supreme in the company and first joined WWE back in 2006 before taking on greater responsibilities in 2020. Blum had originally departed WWE after Vince McMahon’s first “retirement” in the wake of the Wall Street Journal articles that later led to the Janel Grant lawsuit being filed. When McMahon returned to sell WWE to Endeavor, Blum quickly followed. After McMahon’s second exit, Blum remained for several months before resigning in May. At the time, his exit led to a lot of eyebrows raising as it was assumed he was leaving to work for McMahon in some capacity.

Prouty was let go in May after over 20 years of working with WWE, the last 19 as a Vice President within the company.

She initially began work for WWE as the original casting director for the first WWE Diva Search reality TV show won by Christy Hemme in 2004. Other winners of the WWE Diva Search were Ashley Massaro, Layla El, Eve Torres and Eva Marie.

In February 2024, court documents revealed WWE management knew Ashley Massaro had been sexually assaulted in 2007 while working for the company in Kuwait then denied it after she killed herself at the age of 39 in 2019.

Vince McMahon’s new company is reportedly expected to based out of the Los Angeles area if and when it ever launches.
