The Phoenix-Scottsdale area of Arizona is having a moment right now. It is hosting the Waste Management Phoenix Open and the Super Bowl in the same week.

This is bringing hundreds of thousands of fans into the area for both the rowdiest event on the PGA Tour and the biggest event in American sports, the Super Bowl.

The influx of sports fans has caused a massive spike in rental prices. Super Bowl tickets are always expensive so that’s nothing new. But it’s rare for the Super Bowl to coincide with an event as popular as the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

This video from the TourJunkies on IG/TikTok shows what spending six figures gets you this week in Phoenix-Scottsdale. For the low price of $142,000+, you can get this absolutely absurd Airbnb and some of the best tickets available to the Waste Management Phoenix Open as well as good seats to the Super Bowl.

Here’s the TikTok version if you’d prefer that over Instagram:

The top comment on Instagram reads “I’ll rent that house with 11 buddies and watch on TV.”

I’m not sure this would be the best week of the year to rent it but that house would be pretty sick to rent. There’s a lot to be said about going BIG on the rental house for a bachelor party or guy’s trip.

Scottie Scheffler is the reigning Waste Management Phoenix Open winner. He took home $1,476,000 and 500 FedEx Cup Points for his 2022 WMO win. Brooks Koepka won it the year before and he won’t be in the field, for obvious reasons.
