A man from Green Bay, Wisconsin legally named Deez-Nuts was charged with misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, use of a dangerous weapon last week.
According to the police report, 42-year-old Deez-Nuts Kroll appeared to be “highly intoxicated” when confronted by police and “talking in circles.”
Kroll, who was shirtless at the time of his arrest, was taken into custody after two others at the scene, identified as his daughter and her boyfriend, were also placed into a squad car.
WFRV News reports that the daughter and boyfriend told police that they had been arguing with Deez-Nuts over the phone around 8 p.m.
They said they were arguing over household chores and caring for the family’s puppies.
Later, when the daughter and boyfriend arrived at the home around 10 p.m. they found the door to be locked.
Deez-Nuts eventually opened the door and allegedly hit his daughter in the shoulder with a closed fist, leading to a physical altercation.
At some point during the incident, it is reported that Deez-Nuts went and got a gun – a BB gun.
Officers from the Green Bay Police Department were able to retrieve the gun, which was reportedly loaded with eight silver 4.5mm BBs, and took it into evidence.

The location that the police were sent to for the disturbance was the 900 block of East Walnut Street.
If convicted, Deez Nuts could face up to a year in jail. For now he has been released from custody on a $1,000 bond and his next court date is April 24.

The wacky story caught the attention of YouTube star MrBeast who was sued by peanut company Dee’s Nuts in 2023 for copyright infringement over his Feastables Deez Nuts peanut butter chocolate bars.
“He should change his name before he gets sued,” MrBeast wrote in a comment about the arrest on X (formerly Twitter).
He knows of what he speaks as he lost that lawsuit to Dee’s Nuts when a federal judge ruled a permanent injunction between Dee’s Nuts and Feastables.
