Yesterday, the Columbus prosecutor’s office announced that it would not be charging Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott of committing domestic violence against his girlfriend Tiffany Thompson who accused him of beating her outside of an Ohio nightclub in July.
Today, the prosecutor’s office released a slew of documents related to the case which included a sworn statement from a woman named Ayrin Mason who was with Thompson on the night of the alleged assault.
In the statement, Mason claims Thompson lied to the police about the assault to get back at Elliott after she saw him with another woman.
Crazy.
