Awesome News, Bros, Wrestling Legend Bret Hart Is Set To Return To A WWE Ring This Month

Following reports from longtime wrestling commentator Jim Ross that Bret Hart had beaten his battle with cancer back in early March, news came out today that the Hall of Famer will be making his way back to the ring as early as this month, appearing at the pay-per-view event, WWE Payback.

The granddaughter of Stu Hart, Natalya, announced on Raw last night that, during her scheduled WWE women’s title match against Charlotte at Payback, Bret will be in her corner—which is a way to keep Ric Flair from interfering in his daughter’s matches.

Does this mean that we’ll see the Hitman take on Nature Boy? Someway, somehow, I have a feeling we’re going to see it, guys.

And while Hart has, recently, overcome the prostate cancer that hit him, he still talked about some of the necessary precautions he must go through until doctors truly determine he’s cancer-free, per WWE:

“Prostate cancer can manifest and then grow for years without you knowing it. By the time you do get checked, it’s too late and it could spread all over to the rest of your body. Early detection of prostate cancer can result in being completely cured. If you get it early, they can remove it and you can live a normal life.”

“Well, there’s always a chance it could come back, but it seems my cancer was contained within my prostate. I have to get checked every three months for the next couple of years, and eventually it will be once a year, and eventually, in 10 years, they’ll tell me that I’m cancer-free forever.”

Nearly healthy again, it’ll be good to see Bret Hart back around the WWE for the first time since last year.
