Scott Steiner, Mark Henry and Titus O’Neil are three of the biggest names in WWE history. Their sons, Brock, Jacob and T.J. are next up.

They signed an NIL deal with the organization earlier this week as the first step to following in the footsteps of the men who came before them!

This latest announcement is the fifth of its kind. World Wrestling Entertainment launched its WWE NIL program in December 2021 as a brilliant play on words. Not only does NIL stand for ‘Name, Image and Likeness,’ it also stands for ‘Next In Line.’ It was founded to bolster the developmental system for the company and to grow the entire landscape of the sport, essentially serving as a pipeline from college athletics to pro wrestling.

WWE signs anywhere between 8-15 college athletes each year to its ‘Next In Line’ class. They get access to the state-of-the-art WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla., in addition to resources across the organization including brand building, media training, communications, live event promotion, creative writing and community relations. Select athletes may earn a contract with the promotion upon completion of the NIL program.

This year’s class includes:

  • Meghan Walker, Nebraska — Track & Field
  • Madison Kaiser, Minnesota — Hockey
  • Garrett Beck, Grand Canyon — Lacrosse
  • Kerrigan Huynh, Central Oklahoma — Track & Field
  • Fatima Katembo, LSU Shreveport — Basketball
  • Bianca Pizano, Michigan State — Field Hockey
  • Gina Adams, Lynn University — Basketball
  • Hidetora Hanada, Colorado State — Football (and Japanese sumo wrestling champion)
  • Zuriel Jimenez, Columbia — Track & Field

It also includes Brock Rechsteiner, Jacob Henry and TJ Bullard. They are all the sons of WWE greats.

Brock Rechsteiner plays wide receiver at Jacksonville State. At 6-foot-2, 225 pounds, he is the son of Scott Steiner, the nephew of Rick Steiner and the cousin of Bron Breakker.

Jacob Henry wrestles at the University of Oklahoma. He also joined the football program as a walk-on defensive lineman earlier this year.

His father, Mark Henry, is a three-time U.S. National Weightlifting Champion and a two-time Olympian. The ‘World’s Strongest Man’ was also inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018.

TJ Bullard was a three-star football recruit who will be a redshirt sophomore at UCF this fall. His dad is WWE Hall of Famer Titus O’Neil.

All three guys are going to join the family business in some capacity. It has yet to be seen whether they will get a contract at the end of their college careers but this is the first step! I would love to see WWE put Bullard, Henry and Rechsteiner in the ring at the same time. Watching three college football players with legendary dads go at it sounds electric.
