Zach Wilson was traded to Denver this offseason after a three-year stint in New York. That Jets tenure was marred with inconsistency as he failed to live up to his first-round expectation.

Looking to flush the memories of that unsuccessful past, he’s debuted a new look while suiting up for the Broncos. It’s unfortunately been met some criticism from rival fans.

Wilson’s time with New York was short-lived, but it surely didn’t come without headlines. The BYU product made waves both on and off the field in the Big Apple.

Those storylines ranged from his dating history to his potentially rocky relationship with Aaron Rodgers to his lacking production as a starter.

After three seasons and a 12-21 mark in New York, the Jets moved on. Now, he’ll start fresh in Denver, who acquired the passer for a sixth-round pick in the 2024 Draft.

Zach Wilson’s career move comes with a new look.

Wilson was clean-cut upon his arrival in New York, rocking a fauxhawk, boy band type hairstyle.

He’s since graduated to a Patrick Bateman look.

Images of the quarterback sporting long, slicked-back locks are now circulating the internet. Social media did its part in flaming him.

Zach Wilson‘s new hairstyle makes him look like he’s playing Brock Osweiler in a new Disney Channel movie that absolutely nobody asked for.”

“WHAT IS THAT HAIR?”

“Denver moms are gonna absolutely love him.”

“I thought it was a wannabe Justin Herbert for a minute.”

“7/22, 97 yards, 2 picks and a fumble has never looked so good.”

Jokes aside, Wilson appears to be competing for the starting job in Denver alongside Jarrett Stidham and rookie Bo Nix. We’ll see if the new look brings some magic!
