If you follow the watch community closely then you’ve undoubtedly seen news filtering out from SIHH 2018. SIHH is short for Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, and annually it’s the world’s top convention for high-end luxury watches. It’s a time for Swiss watch manufacturers to debut their new timepieces.

From Rolex to Patek Philippe to Cartier to Piaget, we saw some absolutely stunning watches debuted this year. Now, I could spend about 50,000 words explaining the significance of each of these luxury watches but the bros over at Hodinkee have already written up complete reviews on every important watch debuted at SIHH 2018. So I’ll just link you to those below the images instead of regurgitating all of that information. A. Lange & Söhne 1815 ‘Homage To Walter Lange’

Hermès Arceau Chrono Titane

I’ve been a big fan of vintage Hermès neckties my entire life but I’ll admit that I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to knowledge of their high-end watches. The Hermès Arceau Chrono Titane is stunning. That much is apparent. This chrono will retail for around $5,100. Read the review here.

The 2018 Cartier Santos Collection

Cartier’s watches are very distinct in style. You’ll never see an obscure watch and ask someone ‘who makes that?’ and they’ll tell you Cartier. When you see a Cartier you know it’s a Cartier and that’s very true with the 2018 Santos collection design. Read the review here
