Nike Releases Two New PG 2 Styles, The ‘Taurus’ For Paul George’s Birthday, And ‘The Bait II’

Nike PG 2 Bait II Taurus

Nike

Nike just released two new styles of Paul George’s signature shoe — a black, white and solar red “Taurus” PG 2 and a white, blue, and yellow “The Bait II.”

The Bait II, just like the PG 1 “The Bait” before it, is another tip of the cap to George’s well-known love of fishing. Whether said fishing will take place somewhere other than Oklahoma City (Los Angeles maybe?) next season still remains to be seen.

The second new PG 2 offering is being referred to as the Taurus due to the red Taurus constellation on the left shoe’s tongue in honor of George’s zodiac sign and birthday on May 2nd.

Take a look at both new styles below.

Features
• An inner-sleeve hugs your foot for exceptional comfort all game long.
• Beneath the inner-sleeve, a thick 6mm foam sockliner offers a plush, cushioned feel.
• Zoom Air cushioning delivers continuous on-court responsiveness.
• Adaptive forefoot band system locks you in.
• Dynamic wings over the top of the stretch zone for even more support.
• Signature PG details on the midsole.
