University Of Kansas RA Is Asking Students To Not Post Pics Of Gorillas On Their Dorms Because It’s ‘Triggering’

Oh. My. God. Just when you think college campuses can’t be any dumber over radical P.C. oversensitivity, things like this pop up at the University of Kansas. An RA at KU is asking students to not post pics of gorillas (subtext: Sweet Prince Harambe, blessed be his name) on their dorm room doors. He claims it “represents a very masculine image” and can be “triggering.” Harambe didn’t die for this kind of disrespect. via Campus Reform:

“I think it would be best if your floor chose a different theme animal to be more inclusive,” Assistant Complex Director Dale Morrow wrote in an email at the start of this academic year. “First, gorillas represent a very masculine image, and I feel that this would not be inclusive to all of our residents on that floor.”

How the hell is it even possible to be “triggered” by an innocent pic of a gorilla? Society is losing it’s damn minds over this safe space bullshit. It hurts my head.

College kids, I’m sorry you have to deal with this bullshit. Going to school 10 years ago was a much simpler time.
