This dude from Lincoln, Nebraska got screwed over hard by some spineless burglars. They broke into his car and stole his vintage skateboard, a Powell Ripper slick he purchased back in 1996 when he was only 16-years-old. They tried to steal the battery from his car and failed, but he didn’t care about that because the soulless shitbag thieves stole the one thing in life he seems to care about more than anything, his childhood skateboard.
In order to try and recover his stolen skateboard, this dude put up an emotional poster asking for help:
I bet you don’t still have anything in your possession from 1996 other than your virginity, right? I think I may have a pocket knife and some rock climbing gear stored away somewhere in my parent’s house from 1996, but that’s about it. I certainly don’t have any of my old skateboards from the 90’s, and if I did, I’d be distraught if they were stolen out of my car.
This poster went up on Reddit after someone spotted it outside of Indigo Bridge Books & Cafe in the Haymarket in Lincoln, Nebraska.
