Mike Tyson Makes Tribute To Prince And It Is Bizarre (Even By Mike Tyson Standards)

Fans and celebrities from around the world paid their respects to the legendary Prince on Thursday after the spectacular musician passed away at the age of 57-years-old.

When Iron Mike heard about the untimely passing of Prince, the boxing great tweeted out the standard “RIP Prince.”

Perfectly fine gesture for him to pay his respects to someone, who he may not know personally. But then Tyson put a second tweet out to pay homage to the one-of-a-kind entertainer.

Jetoth Cwrist Mike!

Um.

Yeah.

So.

Tyson has found humor of being self-deprecating in his post-boxing career and people eat it up. A lot of individuals found the photoshopped image to be funny and called it a “great tribute,” “the best thing I’ve seen today,” and “Tyson won the internet today.” Others were not as amused and said, “WTF” and “Prince would knock you out for this shit.”

I guess we all grieve in our own way. Some people like Rita Ora pour out their heart and soul in a warm tribute, and others like Mike Tyson honor those who have passed with an internet meme that features themselves.
