Arrow star Stephen Amell is one of the fittest guys in Hollywood and it’s no wonder once you see what his workout regimen is like.

Anyone who watches the show already knows that Amell is in ridiculous shape thanks to the many times we’ve seen him killing it on the salmon ladder.

Which is why when Amell took on the American Ninja Warrior course earlier this year, bro absolutely CRUSHED it.

Lately, Amell has been sharing some of his workout regimen on Instagram – something he does periodically – and I am starting to think dude might not actually be human.

Check these out and you’ll probably learn a new trick or two when it comes to working out
