If you’re the kind of dog owner who can’t handle being away from your dog for more than a minute, there’s a new video chat device called “PetChatz” that allows you to remotely see and talk to your furry friend. The product also lets you push a button that dispenses a Scooby snack and comes with a pad that the dog can hit with its paw when it wants to hit you up for important business.
I know way too many people who would buy this. And, it could simultaneously cripple and bolster our economy. Think about how low productivity would be at your office or school if you could see and talk to your dog whenever you want.
Pretty soon, we’re gonna have dogs ghosting us. As it is right now, the device is set up with ringtones and scents to get your mutt to answer your call. How long before BowWow’s like *sniff sniff* ugh, not now, D’s nuts need cleaning.

No word yet on whether or not a similar product will be released for cat owners, probably because cats would never answer. No, instead, the cat would wait until 4 in the f*cking morning to howl like they’re giving birth just to get more wet food.
