The Avs Cody McLeod delivered one of the dirtiest hits tonight on Red Wings defenseman Niklas Kronwall, knocking him out and sending him off the ice on a stretcher. McLeod was given a game misconduct as a result.
The good news is that Kronwall gave a thumbs up while being ushered off. Let’s hope he’s ok.
