Remember that Jets fan that punched a woman in the face over the weekend? Turns out that his name is Kurt Paschke and he fatally stabbed someone in the 1990s.

According to the Daily News

Kurt Paschke, 38, served three years in state prison in the 1990s after he was convicted as a teen of fatally stabbing 17-year-old Henri Ferrer during a fight behind a pizza parlor in Sayville, L.I.

As one would expect the family of Henri Ferrer, upon finding out that Paschke was the man who punched the woman, named Jaclyn Nugent, was furious.

“He murdered my son, and he got a minimum sentence for killing a 17-year-old boy,” Ferrer’s father, Robert Ferrer, told the Daily News. “He got away with it because his father is a sergeant.”

Another rather stunning revelation was that just a few days before his vicious act at the Jets game Paschke posted an anti-bullying statement on his Facebook page.

Colleen Paschke, Kurt’s mom who was with him at the game, says the Patriots fans jumped him and was just defending himself.

As of Monday no charges had been brought, but were expected to come sometime today.
