Awful news in Paris this evening, where a presumed terrorist attack has rocked the city and left at least 40 dead, according to a French new agency.

Multiple explosions were reported at Stade de France, the French national stadium, where French President François Hollande was watching France play Germany. You can see the scary moment an explosion went off near the stadium via VINE above.

Around the same time, three mass shootings around Paris. Over 100 hostages have been taken in a Paris theater.
