I know because I once got tricked into seeing The Notebook in the movie theater by my stoned neighbors who convinced me that ‘The Notebook’ itself was a code book used in World War II. It helped that these stoned neighbors were cute girls and I had nothing to do that day, but it ended up being one of the most miserable experiences of my life. So I know what it means to suffer.

The Medical Daily study listed 6 things that will lead to a long and happy life for men and #1 on that list is ‘stare at women’s breasts. #2 is ‘have lots of sex’, and #6 is ‘Get a Dad Bod’. All of this is incredible news. The other items on that list are the things you’d expect, having to do with family and whatnot.
