A Sad And Disturbing Video Of The Late Toronto Mayor Rob Ford Smoking Crack Has Been Released

It’s been five months since Rob Ford passed away from cancer.

It’s been three years since the mayor of Canada’s largest city was involved in a widely publicized substance abuse scandal that he refused to resign from, transforming him into a cult hero amongst the anti-establishment.

Back in 2014, a video of Ford smoking crack cocaine was rumored to be circulating, a video that Ford adamantly claimed could not exist.

But in the wake of an extortion charge being withdrawn against Alexander Lisi, Ford’s friend and former driver, the video has been released from the courts grasp and made public. It shows Ford, mumbling and swearing, before hitting the crack pipe.

Ford is clearly being baited by the other person in the room, who relentlessly trashes minorities and Justin Trudeau, the current Canadian Prime Minister elected in 2015. Ford doesn’t realize he’s being filmed until the end of the video.

You can find the transcript of the video here, but most of Ford’s words are inaudible.
