On Wednesday, Rockets point guard Patrick Beverley involved in a Twitter beef with Jemele Hill and Michael Smith, hosts of the ESPN show His abd Hers.
It all started when Beverley sent this tweet bashing the duo over their comments about the Houston Rockets’ season.
I never watch analyst sports shows until recently. But after watching this His/Her show. SMH These people have never touched a ball. 👎👎👎

Jemele Hill saw Beverley’s tweet and decided to fire back.
Well since you have some free time, feel free to come to Bristol and show us how we can do our job better https://t.co/t3c8BHweZ7

Beverley refused to back.
@jemelehill Let me know the time and date and I'm there. In the meantime you put on a rockets jersey and do my job. Since we switching jobs.

Then Michael Smith entered the fray to share to back up Hill.

And things went south from there.
@michaelsmith all talk. Perception is reality. But instead, you choose to make the perception worse and your happy with that.

@michaelsmith be happy doing a job that is positive. Bashing people to get ratings up. Smh. Stand for nothing and you will fall for anything
— Patrick Beverley (@patbev21) May 11, 2016
@patbev21 and you judge a tree by its fruit. my body of work and personal/professional rep speak for themselves. If you're so inclined you
— Michael Smith (@michaelsmith) May 11, 2016
@patbev21 should better familiarize yourself with my commentary and once upon a time my reporting to find out what I'm about. Like my cohost
— Michael Smith (@michaelsmith) May 11, 2016
Eventually Beverley was invited on the show by Hill.
@patbev21 truth is we don't need the help. More than enough people like what we do. But hey man, we respect your grind and your story. Peace
— Michael Smith (@michaelsmith) May 11, 2016
And he accepted.
@jemelehill I'm there. Thanks for the invite. Can't wait

I’m surprised more athletes don’t fire back at ESPN personalities considering all they do is sit around and talk shit about them all day.
