Another day, another wild Amanda Bynes story. The Nickelodeon star was arrested tonight after she threw a bong out of a Midtown apartment window. Cops were called to the location after hotel staff across the street saw a woman smoking a strange substance. When they arrived, they witnessed Bynes toss the bong.

She was taken in on a charge of reckless endangerment and is being held over for a psych evaluation. This latest incident comes on the heels of Bynes attempting to use Google as identification for a private flight and I can’t believe I just wrote that.
