Amy Paffrath is best known for hosting MTV’s Jersey Shore: After Hours. In 2012 she made the jump to guest starring on Hot in Cleveland and a pilot for CBS. But she hasn’t completely left hosting behind, as you can catch her daily on Hollywood Minute on mevio.com as well as interviewing up and comers on her Web talk show Trend This. She’s also jumping behind the camera as a producer for her new comedy series Boner Killers as well as a feature film, Polygon. But the project she’s most excited for this year is the action-dramedy The Breaks, where the starlet gets to show off her adventurous side. Phew! Busy woman. And that’s why Amy Paffrath is definitely “one to watch.”
