Elisha Cuthbert and Dion Phaneuf got married over the weekend crossing one more name off our list of imaginary potential wives and girlfriends. Phaneuf, for those who don’t follow hockey (which would be like 97% of you), is a defenseman and caption on the Toronto Maple Leafs. He and Elisha Cuthbert had been dating for the past five years. Cuthbert, 32, and Phaneuf, 28 (go Dion, go Dion), were married at Prince Edward Island, which is in Canada I think, in front of more than 300 guests, rather than celebrating America’s independence like they should have been – silly Canadians. Now that they’re married, we have just one question: Will their marriage have a Happy Ending or a sad one? (Sorry.)
