I know, we already covered Miley Cyrus today, but when you run across video of her performing with The Flaming Lips in concert, well, that’s simply too hard to pass up. Of course they sang “Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.” And not only did they perform “Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots,” they did it twice, because Wayne Coyne said he “fucked some of that up” the first time they did it.

Says Miley as they get ready, “I hope I can inspire you guys as much as the Flaming Lips have inspired me and encouraged me to always be myself and to make music because I love it and always invent something new for my fans. So as much as you guys are fans, I’m a true fan of these amazing guys right here. You guys don’t understand what the fuck is happening to me right now… I’m fucking so scared.”
To which Coyne responded, “Now I’m scared.” He should have been. It’s the proper reaction to being on stage with Miley Cyrus.
