Utah Valley University must have a bunch of students crashing into one another while texting when they walk the steps on campus. That’s about the only logical reason I can think of for them to have created a special walkway that delineates where you walk, run, or text on their stairs.
The school’s creative director claims that it is an art project as opposed to an actual school policy, according to Mashable. But as we all know, art often imitates life. I fully expect to see more stuff like this in the future and it won’t be just for art’s sake.
