College campuses are wonderful places for advancing intellectual conversation. They’re also magnets for people screaming about whatever is on their mind, kind of like this lady at UW-Milwaukee. She thinks college students aren’t using enough condoms, so she headed down to campus to address the issue head-on by addressing students in their habitat.
Her enthusiasm saying “as long as the condom is on the penis!” is pretty darn amusing.
