REACTIONS: Trailer For Tom Brady’s Movie ’80 For Brady’ Makes Case That He Deserves What’s Happening To Him This Season

WATCH: Trailer For Tom Brady's Movie '80 For Brady'

Paramount Pictures

Wisely, 45-year-old Tom Brady is planning for life after football by trying to branch out into other businesses. Unwisely, however, one of those businesses was the allegedly fraudulent crypto firm FTX and another is this horrifying movie titled 80 For Brady, which features the best actresses of your grandmother’s generation.. obsessing over Tom Brady?

Starring the legendary likes of Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field, 80 For Brady sees the four women — with a combined age of 333 years old (no disrespect to them of course) — take a road trip to Houston to watch Brady and the New England Patriots take on the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI.

The film is directed by Kyle Marvin and was produced by Brady’s production company, 199 Productions. The film, distributed by Paramount Pictures, will hit theaters in the United States on Friday, February 3.

Needless to say, the reactions to the trailer were far from positive as many people in the movie world are wondering exactly who this film is for:

Perhaps the tough time that Brady is experiencing both on and off the field this season is karma for both FTX and 80 For Brady. Hopefully, this experience will help Brady make better movies in the future. That said, you only get one chance at a first impression and if this is Brady’s first impression as a film producer, it’s less than stellar.
