Ethan Suplee has always been known as that lovable fat guy from your favorite TV shows and movies.
Suplee’s most famous role was definitely when he portrayed ‘Louie Lastik’ in the classic late 90s Disney football movie ‘Remember The Titans’.
Back in 2011 Suplee decided to change his life and lost over 200 pounds by dieting and cycling obsessively.

He has since put on a bit more weight in muscle and is looking absolutely jacked these days.
