While Alec Baldwin’s role in the death of cinematography Halyna Hutchins is literally up for debate (his trial is set to begin in July), one thing is for certain: he’s not the one who put a live round into the prop gun that tragically fired and took her life, thus making the claims of him being a the one who “killed her” a bit unfair.

Nevertheless, that is what this person decided to do to Baldwin at a coffee shop earlier this week and found themselves on the receiving end of a phone swipe, as Baldwin finally cracks from the abuse at the 50-second mark.

The video, posted to Twitter by a user with the name Crackhead Barney & Friends, was taken at a New York City coffee shop earlier this week.

“Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady, got no jail time. No jail time Alec. You’re putting innocent people in jail, Alec Baldwin. Free Palestine Alec. Just one time, and I’ll leave you alone. I’ll leave you alone. I swear… F— Israel. F— Zionism, please say it,” the person recording the video says.

Earlier this year, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer who was working on the set of Rust, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and now faces up to 18 months in prison. Baldwin, the star and producer of Rust, has also been charged with involuntary manslaughter.

“Alec Baldwin’s conduct and his lack of gun safety in the church that day is something he’s going to have to answer for… Not with you not today. That’s for another jury for another day,” Gutierrez-Reed’s lawyer Jason Bowles said during her trial.

Baldwin, 66 years old, is best known for his work in both film and television, starring in famed projects such as Beetlejuice, The Hunt for Red October, Glengarry Glen Ross, The Departed, and 30 Rock.
