One Amazon customer was left confused after Amazon drivers kept leaving tote bags on her porch. Is it a sign she orders too much?
Getting packages delivered right to your door is a convenience that consumers have grown accustomed to. Amazon has made deliveries efficient, as each driver completes hundreds per day. This makes ordering regularly seamless. But viewers think one woman was shamed by just how frequently she orders from Amazon.
In a TikTok with over 876,400 views, Anna Watson (@annawatsonscentsy) reveals what the Amazon driver left behind.
“Amazon why do your drivers keep leaving these?!” the on-screen text reads.
There’s an Amazon tote bag on her doorstep with several Amazon packages inside. She shares that this is the second time the driver left the tote bag behind.
“Y’all supposed to take my packages out, put them on my porch, and take this back with you,” she shares.
The Amazon carrier bag has multiple handle straps and does have ample room for storage. The woman considers keeping it for storage but is irritated that the driver keeps leaving these bags behind.
“I’mma leave it out here and see if they come back,” she concludes.
Watson decides to place the Amazon delivery package carrier back outside in hopes the Amazon driver will take it back with them.

Viewers in the comments section told Watson to stop complaining and just reuse the tote bag.
“A fresh tote bag! Go ahead and keep that for family trips, storage, etc,” one TikTok commenter shared.
“Girllll…that tote is BRAND NEW!!! your driver LIKES YOU…stop complaining,” another added.
“I have 8 and I used them to move. Very handy,” a third chimed in.
“It’s a hint you over order,” one shared.
Amazon workers chimed in, revealing why the tote bag is left on the porch.
“I leave it when a customer orders too many items,” one revealed.
“As a former delivery driver; leaving the tote doesn’t get us in trouble, Amazon has plenty. You either had too many items to carry by hand or they were a little too heavy to carry by hand. I’d leave it on the porch for future orders,” another added.
“No, they do that and then you’re supposed to put that on the side of the road for them to pick it back up,” one shared.

The Amazon tote bags were built to handle several packages at a time. People can reuse them for transporting materials. These bags can be great for storage, moving, laundry, or groceries. They can also be broken down and stored away easily, making them great for temporary storage.
A DC forum dives into how to handle these Amazon tote bags if you do not wish to reuse them. One person suggested recycling them. Another recommended leaving it on the porch so that the driver can pick it back up.
