Bri Stern, an Instagram model who has been romantically involved with Andrew Tate in recent years, has filed a lawsuit against him. Tate is already the subject of multiple charges, accusations, and investigations for crimes such as sexual misconduct, trafficking, and money laundering.
According reports, Bri Stern has filed a police report with the Beverly Hills Police Department alleging that Andrew Tate assaulted her while the pair were having sex in Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 11.
Tate, 38 years old, faces sexual misconduct charges in Britain and is being investigated in Romania for trafficking and money laundering. He and his brother Tristan Tate have denied all of the allegations against them.
Stern alleges that while the pair were having intercourse, Tate allegedly began to choke her and refused to stop despite her requests. Stern alleges that Tate became more violent as she struggled and that she nearly lost consciousness.
“Bri says the violence only stopped when Tate was done having sex, and once he fell asleep … she went to the bathroom to document her injuries. TMZ has obtained pics showing bruising on her face. Bri says she went to an emergency room in NYC — where she’d flown for work — a couple days later, and documents show she was diagnosed as ‘post-concussive.'” [via TMZ]
In addition to the suit filed by Stern, TMZ has also acquired screenshots that Tate allegedly sent in which he brags about beating her. Below are some of the messages Tate allegedly sent to Stern:
“Because I want to beat the f— out of you. You will give me a child this year b—-.”
“What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you. You should be thankful.”
“I really love hitting you it’s very good for me. And you. It’s relaxing don’t you think.”
“You need to be hit. You deserve it.”
According to the New York Times, “an indictment filed in June 2023, prosecutors in Romania accused Mr. Tate and his brother, along with two Romanian women, of forming an organized criminal group in 2021 and trafficking women across Romania, Britain and the United States.”
The Tate brothers returned to the United States from Romania in late February after a travel ban against the pair was lifted. Romania prosecutors stressed, however, that the case against the pair had ot been dropped.
