Andrew Tate is having a rough time while under house arrest.
Last month, Tate, who is currently being investigated for human trafficking in Romania, was temporarily released by authorities while the courts decide what to do with him.

Andrew Tate has been placed under house arrest after spending months in a Romanian jail.

Ramona Bolla, a spokesperson for the Romanian anti-organized crime agency DIICOT, told the Associated Press that Andrew challenged a judge’s decision last week that would have extended his arrest a fourth time for 30 days.PEOPLE has reached out to DIICOT for comment but did not immediately hear back.
On Thursday, Tate uploaded a concerning image of himself where he claims he may have been poisoned.

Tate went on to delete his tweets about the potential poisoning because he says he’ll be thrown back in the jail if he “tells the truth.”
