The stalker portrayed in the hit Netflix series revealed herself as Fiona Harvey in an article published by The Daily Record. Harvey will also be appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Thursday, May 9.
According to her interview with The Daily Record, Harvey is considering action against Netflix and series creator Richard Gadd for telling a story that she categorized as a “load of rubbish.”
“Gadd needs to prove I went to jail which just didn’t happen. I’ve never been sent to jail. That is blatantly obvious. This is all made up and hyperbole,” Harvey said.
“There are no restraining orders, injunctions or interdicts anywhere. There’s just no way. I’ve not had the police at my door about any of these things. It’s a load of rubbish. I don’t have any money but I’m a perfectly capable lawyer so I will represent myself.”

While not quite on the same scale, Baby Reindeer has been a massive viral hit for Netflix, as it’s a non-American series that’s organically exploded, with little to no marketing, off the back of word-of-mouth reviews.
In Baby Reindeer, Harvey is portrayed as a character named Martha who’s played by English actress Jessica Gunning. Since premiering on April 11, the series has racked up over 54 million minutes viewed and has been the top English-language series for three straight weeks
In addition to Gunning as Martha in Gadd in the lead role of Donny Dunn (a fictionalized version of himself), Baby Reindeer also starred Nava Mau, Nina Sosanya, Michael Wildman, Danny Kirrane, Shalom Brune-Franklin, and more.
